Our Name: Real Estate Companies come and go, but what can we do to separate ourselves from the rest? The naming of Plateau Real Estate states the obvious, on the Plateau. But how about off the Plateau? Our thinking was that Plateau could be synonymous with all neighborhoods on and off the Sammamish and Issaquah Plateau’s, a name that Sellers anywhere could recognize as being the best, reaching the Plateau! Our Location: Now that Plateau Real Estate was the name of the company,where will the location be? Scott Gibbons the current Broker of Plateau Real Estate commuted for 12 years to the Renton area from Sammamish working as an agent for ERA American Brokers. After years of making the long distance drives 2 to 5 times a week there had to be a better plan for Scott’s future in Real Estate. Originally, thought Sammamish would be a great area with the amount of housing and New Construction starts and ultimately decided against this location for one further south of the Plateau, a presence on the Issaquah side of the Plateau landing in the up and coming neighborhood of the Issaquah Highlands.
